Dates for which we are booked are indicated below - Saturdays unless stated otherwise. We have an additional team of photographers available for many dates (Ian and Kitty as lead photographers of separate teams of 2) - please enquire if you see a date booked.
Dates marked with * indicate two weddings. May 16th, July 11th and August 1st 2009 already have both of our teams engaged.
Dates marked with** indicates travel photography or other commitments.
Dates marked with P indicate provisional booking - we hold dates for 2 weeks after clients have visited us to discuss their plans, see portfolios etc.

Terms of Business
Payment Details
A deposit of £150 is required to secure a booking then 50% of the balance of your choice of package is payable four weeks before the wedding, with the balance on receipt of the photographs and other items or within 6 weeks of the wedding whichever is soonest (most clients now give us a post-dated cheque for this amount). Where items may be delivered in stages (eg you will receive a set of prints before an album, which in the case of Jorgensen albums takes 6 weeks delivery from Australia) payment is also staged.
Time and Travel
The packages section details the extent of our coverage, travel costs etc arrangements for attendance at rehearsals etc - for the vast majority of our weddings (within 50 miles of Exeter) there are no additional costs to the 'headline'figure. Where we are present for the wedding breakfast and speeches we very much appreciate the organisation of some refreshments.
After the Wedding
We endeavour to edit images within 7-14 days of the wedding and post them on the website*. Prints are normally produced and are ready for collection or postage (at cost) within 7 days of the order being received (in most packages with albums included, prints and/or Digital Masters will be received by our clients as part of the process of choosing albums). Please allow 12 weeks for album design and construction from the time of receiving instructions and for DVD and wedding book production please allow 4 weeks from the order/wedding.
* Occasionally our travel commitments 'butt up' against weddings and in this situation editing and production times can vary. As we plan or commitments a year in advance, our clients will be informed of any departure from normal delivery times stated above.
Wedding Lists and Wedding Service Website
One of our recent brides has recommended www.thethingsiwant.com - a free site where you can place your wedding present wish-list. We are happy to supply albums, frames etc to couples through this channel - or even contributions to your package costs.
