This section gives full details of prices and services which begin with our The Essence Range starting at Ł675 right through to the Heirloom package at Ł3000, a quick outline of our packages is also available. We are willing to adapt and amend package details if they don't exactly fit your requirements. Follow the link to read Terms of Business.

Our package selection reflects the increasing demand from clients for the digital master-files (particularly popular because we make so many images of the day - we guarantee 500 individual after editing and selection and on top we do special edits). In addition, we have a new source of beautiful Italian-made Circa leather albums which supplement the Jorgensen album range. We have also introduced a beautiful range of magazine style albums from 'Booked'.

Canvas prints are increasingly popular and we have a great local company - ProCanvas - producing our canvases. We also have our own range of frames tailor-made for us by Steve Curry of Aspects Gallery, Exmouth. Each package now represents even better value-for-money and there is even more choice.

The inclusion of digital masters as an integral part of many packages is a radical departure from the practise of most photographers as it hands ownership of the images to the client. Yet we believe that making the masters available is a logical step in an age when technology has 'democratised' photography and the skills to organise, manipulate and communicate are widely spread. Together with our website, we believe this innovation puts us at the cutting edge of wedding photography services to our clients.

The Creative Range Ł1000 to Ł1850

These packages offer great flexibility, enabling couples and their families to shape their collection to their own priorities and budgets.

Two photographers, all-day coverage (*see Time and Travel below)
The digital masters (and copyright) on a set of DVDs of at least 500 separate images recording the wedding day - total number has averaged over 750 in 2008 - including black and white versions, special effects and soft focus, special edges and album design examples.
The digital masters include the whole set of images at two sizes of JPEG - 4500x3000 pixels (15x10 inches at 300dpi) and 800x530pixels (ideal for web use and email.
Prints included - from a minimum of 50 12x8 prints or 100 9x6 prints to a print copy of every single image.
Great variety of album choices including our full design service or an option of self-assembly.
Our new Bespoke magazine style albums are a great addition to this range.
All packages include a review slideshow on DVD for TV or computer.
Slideshow set to music as a part of several options or as an add-on.

Time and Travel: Coverage is 'all-day' - we will endeavour to do everything to fulfil the wishes of the couple and our coverage is broadly based on a 6 to 8 hour time-span starting with the bride preparing and going through to photograph the speeches. No additional travel costs within 50 miles of Exeter (we include a site visit/attendance at rehearsal). For weddings outside a 50 mile radius of Exeter, individual quotations regarding travel costs will be given.

Creative Digital : Ł1,000

Two photographers - all day coverage.

Includes the digital masters of all images on DVD - guaranteed to be at least 500 individual and unique images and special edits - plus the accompanying ownership of copyright.

The digital masters include the whole set of images at two sizes of JPEG (4500x3000 pixels which is 15x10 at 300dpi and 800x530pixels for email and web use).

Special edits and effects included, eg black and white, colourised, borders - taking total to over 750.

Plus a review DVD for TV or computer (shows reference numbers).

As standard, we include 50 prints at 12x8 inches (worth over Ł600 if purchased separately) or 100 9x6 prints (or combination) in this package.

For just an additional Ł150 clients can purchase a full set of all images (guaranteed to be at least 500) at 7.5x5 inches - makes selection of larger images easier as well as providing images for the bride and groom's album, parents albums and gifts.

Albums with print collections for self-assembly or with our design service can be purchased as add-ons Albums or as part of a package (see below).

A Circa 100-side leather album (two sizes 14x14 or 13x9 inches, various styles), our album design and assembly service and up to 250 prints for the album (any size 6x4 up to 12x8).

The Contemporary Album Design Range Ł1,750 to Ł2,850

The creation of a lasting record of the wedding day demands a wonderful album and Australian manufacturers Jorgensen are the world-leaders. Each album is custom-made using the highest quality materials, with a great range of cover materials and 'overlay' or 'mat' designs.

The design element of these packages is of key importance. Album design is a collaborative enterprise and each stage requires careful attention to detail and skilled assembly. The various stages of design and assembly require at least three full working days.

As standard, we include 50 12x8 prints of your choice or 9x6 prints. A print copy of all your images (at least 500) at 7.5x5 inches is an additional Ł150.
The centre of this package is a superb 24-side (can be increased up to 72 sides) designer album from Jorgensen - The Rolls Royce of album manufacturers - either:

plus all the enlargements for the album.
We create your album based on your choice of favourite images. We construct albums based on 24 sides (extra pages can be added for Ł30 per side). Between 1 and 8 images can be displayed per side and albums will generally contain between 24 and 100 images depending on page and image. We show you a computer-design version of your album before you give final confirmation of the design.
Add two beautiful Italian leather parents' albums (80 sides), 80 7.5x5 prints of your choice for each album for Ł450 or two Jorgensen parents' albums for Ł750)

The Magazine Album Range Ł1,950 to Ł2,350

We delayed offering a magazine design option until we found a manufacturer we are completely confident in and 'Booked' products are absolutely superb.

The standard magazine album is 42 sides although this can be expanded almost indefinately!! The appearance is of a lavish, high quality book, beautifully bound with an image on the front and rear cover and a separate dust jacket repeating the cover design.

We design the individual pages in consultation with our clients and we have sophisticated software templates to construct the most contemporary look or the most elegant and timeless simplicity. The process consists of a series of up to three draft designs, then a full proof before final production.

One of the great advantages of magazine albums is that smaller - but otherwise identical - versions of the main album can be produced for parents, bridesmaids, the Best Man - indeed mini-books have been orederd for the whole wedding party.

As well as a magazine album or albums, these packages include all the features of the high end Creative Packages.

We create your album based on your choice of favourite images. We construct albums based on 42 sides (extra pages can be added at Ł20 per side). Between 1 and 16 images can be displayed per side and albums will generally contain between 42 and 100 images depending on album page size and image size. We give you a computer-design version of your album on CD before you give final confirmation of the design.

For those who want to cover all the bases in a comprehensive package with the highest quality materials, this is a fantastic value collection, priced at Ł2,750 (Ł3,000 with guest book, journals and thank-you cards).

Designed to satisfy all the family, this package incorporates the large numbers of images created in our reportage, story-book style - which records all the details of the wedding day - and to present your collection in a way that creates an archive that will provide a wonderful family heirloom.

Designed for the smaller weddings and usually available only in midweek or with one of our associate photographers, the major differences between the Creative and Essence ranges is that the latter is based on one photographer for a 3 hour coverage and the standard number of images is less.

We stock the full range of beautiful Italian-made Circa Albums - the vast majority of which are in one of a wide range of leather while some linen albums are suitable for parents or presents to bridesmaids etc. A Circa album - or a set of albums - is included in some of our packages, including our very popular Creative Masters package. Alternatively, albums can be purchased as add-ons to our packages and all Essence packages. Albums can be purchased with full design and assembly by us or as stand-alone items for you to assemble yourselves - in this case we include a selection of prints in the album price.
